Returns, changes and refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Because our garments are intimate apparel, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, makeup or deodorant marks, in their original and completely clean packaging, with all tags and the hygiene liner attached. Items returned worn, washed, or without the hygiene liner cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

We recommend checking your size carefully before ordering. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one — our garments run small.

To start a return, use our self-serve returns portal or email sales@annmichellinfo.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee on standard returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Free gifts and promotional free shipping

Some orders include a free gift (for example, the Maxi Firming Body Contour Cream) and/or free shipping as part of a promotion such as the No Surgery BBL Combo. A promotional gift and promotional free shipping are earned by keeping the qualifying items. If you return the qualifying items, the promotion no longer applies to that order.

When you return items from a promotional order, the following are deducted from your refund:

• Gift fee — $15.00. Charged only if you keep the free gift. Send the gift back with your return, unopened and unused, and no gift fee is charged.
• Return fee — $9.95. Charged on orders that shipped free under a promotion. This recovers the original outbound shipping that the promotion had waived. It is not charged on orders that paid for shipping.

Both amounts are itemized on your refund receipt, so you can see exactly what was deducted and why.

Example. Two fajas at $100 each, ordered with a free cream and free shipping. You return both fajas and keep the cream:

If you send the cream back with the fajas, the gift fee is waived and your refund is $190.05. Return shipping remains your responsibility and is separate from the return fee above.

Exchanges are not charged a gift fee or a return fee — the promotion carries over to the replacement item.

Warranty

Garments carry a 90-day manufacturing warranty covering a damaged clasp, closure or zipper, or perforated fabric (fabric defect from manufacture). Closures carry a 30-day warranty. Other adjustment requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. No gift fee or return fee applies to a warranty claim.

Privacy

We do not share any information or personal data of our customers.

Garment care

We recommend not leaving the garments exposed to the sun for a long time. On the first day, maximum wear is 6 hours. Every time you remove the garment, leave it fully stretched or open to prevent sweat from damaging it. If you experience any discomfort when wearing our garments, discontinue use immediately and consult your doctor.
