Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all USA orders.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping policy says: please allow up to 1 day to process orders, and shipping can take 1–3 business days.
Where do orders ship from?
From Miami, Florida.
How do I track my order?
Enter your tracking number on our Track your order page. If your number doesn't work, email us at sales@annmichellinfo.com.
Which payment methods do you take?
Pay by card or PayPal at checkout, or split your order into 4 interest-free payments with Afterpay.
Sizing & fit
How do your fajas fit?
Our fajas are Colombian-fit, so they run snug. If you're between two sizes, choose the bigger one.
How do I find my size?
Measure your waist and find it in our size chart. On each product page, Find my size suggests a size from your measurements. Still unsure? Chat with a sizing expert or call us at (305) 753-0515, Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm.
What does Stage mean?
Stage is the compression level. Stage 1 is the lightest hold and Stage 5 is the firmest: Stage 1 light, Stage 2 everyday, Stage 3 firm, Stage 4 high, Stage 5 maximum. Every product page shows its stage.
Care
How do I care for my faja?
Hand wash with cold water and air dry to keep its shape and elasticity. Always follow the care label on your garment.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Go to Make a return, enter your order number and the email or phone on the order, then pick the items. Questions? Email sales@annmichellinfo.com.

What is the Girls Club?
Our VIP membership. Members get 20% off every order, applied automatically at checkout when you're signed in with your member email, $20 store credit for every approved faja video, and free fajas at half the spend. You can cancel anytime. See the Girls Club.
How does AnnMichell Rewards work?
It's free: no points and no sign-up. Every order on your account counts toward free fajas in the calendar year. Spend $1,000 and 2 fajas are on us, $2,000 gets you 4, and $3,000 gets you 8. Girls Club members get there at half the spend. We email you to pick your fajas, and the count resets each January. See Rewards.
How do I get $20 for a video?
Film yourself in your AnnMichell faja and upload the video on the Rewards page. Once we approve it, $20 store credit lands on your account. There's no limit.
